DAY 2 Raate AND Raate’s official Port
The preliminary schedule for the day and program:
- at 10:30 Transport to Raate’s Ämmänsaari the gate (from the hotels approx. 25 min)
- at 11:00 Meeting at the Raate, the gate, getting to know the museum and the museum area (the Raate Road history)
- at 12:00 Lunch Raatteen Port
- at 13:00 Transport to Raatteen border station
- at 14:00 Walking along the eastern border hiking route towards Malahvianvaaraa (12-13 km), guidance
- at 18:00 Arrival Malahvianvaara, staying flat at Vuokki hunting club, dinner, and sauna
Prices:
- 125 € / person includes museum admission, guided tours, lunch at Raate’s Port, transport, and accommodation Vuokki cabin, dinner and sauna
- 70 € / person includes entry fee, day services without an overnight stay, as well as maintenance operations
- 40 € / person includes entry fee, guided tours walking route, as well as maintenance operations, if necessary
